Fees to join the Triadventure Training Group**
are $50 per year and session fees are usually $5 for both weekday and weekend sessions. All participants upon registration will be required to complete a participant's agreement and will be invited to join in any of the Tri Adventure Training Group** sessio

Tri Adventure Training Group** Social Sessions will provide an opportunity for individuals with an interest in swimming, paddling, mountain biking and or trail running to join us for some adventurous sessions for fun and fitness. These sessions would also be ideal for those who don’t necessarily want to do events, but just like being out and about in our beautiful playground! Free for current members!
Tri Adventure Training Group** Weekday Sessions will provide an opportunity for individuals with an interest in participation in adventure races and multisport events or for those wanting to try something ‘new exciting and different’, to get direct feedback and personalised coaching whilst learning the skills of off-road running/trekking, open water swimming, MTB riding, paddling and navigation. $5 per session
Tri Adventure Training Group** Weekend Adventures will be coordinated by Tri Adventure regularly and will allow individuals and squad members to experience a taste of multisport and adventure racing. The aim of these sessions will be to prepare for upcoming events on the adventure racing and multisport calendar or to just allow individuals to challenge themselves and discover the wonders of the Noosa hinterland and beyond. $5 per session
Tri Adventure Paddle Sessions** Learn to paddle a multisport ski. Individuals or small groups catered for at $40 per session. We have a range of stable skis to get you started (use of Tri Adventure ski, paddle & PFD $10 extra). Sessions by appointment only.
Tri Adventure Training Group** Personal Training Sessions can be arranged by negotiation for individuals or corporate teams who may not be ready to join a squad or would like extra support and advice to develop skills in open water swimming, trail running, MTB riding, paddling and navigation. $40 per session
Tri Adventure Training Group** Personalised Monthly Training Programs can be arranged by negotiation for individuals who may be preparing for specific events and wish to gain further assistance and structure with their approach to training. $50 per month
Tri Adventure Training Group** Special Events - Training Clinics – Tri Adventure conduct training clinics, mostly based at Noosa which focus on skill development and preparation for up-coming multisport and adventure races. Navigation Sessions – Tri Adventure conducts sessions which teach you how to navigate using the types of maps you are likely to use in an adventure race.

Mountain Bike (MTB) Skills Training Session
This session is to improve MTB skills whilst getting a good training workout at the same time. Off road trails in good weather…. bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment)

Ocean/River Paddle -
Sessions alternate between ocean and river. Sessions will have a technique focus yet still include some short intervals, long intervals, and time trials.
Mountain Bike MTB Skill Session This session is specifically for those who would like to improve their skills on the trails, so you can ride more assertively in a group or in an event. Off road trails in good weather…. bike paths rides if poor conditions (to protect our beautiful environment)
A combination of any of the following activities…. Swim, paddle, mtb, run, trek and navigation Duration of sessions 2- 6 hours
TBA - Usually within 30 mins of Noosa
